Opes Spa

Booking, therapists, treatment rooms and product stock for aesthetic spas

Request a demonstration

An aesthetic spa loses money in three places at once: a therapist sitting idle while a client waits for a room, a facial product that ran out mid-treatment, and a loyal client who stopped coming and nobody noticed. All three are scheduling and stock problems wearing different clothes.

Opes Spa treats the appointment as the centre of the business. Every booking reserves a therapist, a room and the products that treatment consumes, so double-bookings stop happening and stock depletes against real usage rather than a monthly guess.

What Opes Spa does

Three-way booking

Each appointment holds a therapist, a treatment room and its equipment together. If any one is unavailable, the slot never appears as bookable.

Therapist rosters and commission

Shift patterns, specialisations and per-treatment commission. Each therapist sees only their own day; the manager sees the floor.

Consumption-based stock

A treatment deducts the exact millilitres of product it uses. Reorder alerts fire on real consumption, not on a monthly stock count.

Client history and skin notes

Treatment history, allergies, skin type, product sensitivities and before-and-after photographs, held against one client record.

Mobile Money and deposits

Take a deposit at booking over MTN MoMo or Orange Money. No-shows drop sharply once a slot costs something to hold.

Rebooking and lapse alerts

Clients on a six-week cycle are flagged when they slip past it, with a ready SMS. Retention stops depending on someone remembering.

Who it is for

Aesthetic and beauty spas, dermatology and skin clinics, nail and lash studios, massage and wellness centres, and hotel spas in Douala, Yaoundé and across the CEMAC region.

How it works

1

Client books

By phone, walk-in or your booking link. The system offers only slots where the therapist, the room and the equipment are all free.

2

Deposit taken

An optional MoMo deposit confirms the slot. The client gets an SMS with the time, the therapist's name and the balance due.

3

Treatment delivered

The therapist opens the client record, reads the skin notes, delivers the treatment and marks the products used.

4

Payment and rebook

The bill totals treatment plus any retail products. The client is offered their next slot before leaving the counter.

5

Stock and commission settle

Product consumption posts to inventory, therapist commission posts to payroll, and the day's takings reconcile against the till.

Common questions

Can clients book themselves online?

Yes. You get a booking link that can sit on your website, your Instagram bio or a WhatsApp Business profile. Availability is live, so a slot taken at the front desk disappears online immediately.

What happens when the internet drops?

The front desk keeps working. Bookings, treatments and payments are recorded locally and sync when the connection returns, so a Douala outage does not stop the day.

Can it handle more than one branch?

Yes. Each branch has its own rooms, therapists and stock, while the owner sees consolidated revenue, occupancy and product usage across all of them.

How is therapist commission calculated?

You set a rate per treatment, per therapist, or a percentage of retail product sales. Commission accrues as treatments complete and exports straight into Opes Payroll.
