Our head office is at Petite Terrain, Bonamoussadi, and it is a walk-in office: you can come in to talk through a project, see a live demo of CEMAC POS or the School Management System, or drop off documents for a company registration. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00.

Because our engineers are in the city, Douala clients get on-site analysis, installation, network cabling, staff training and follow-up visits without waiting for someone to travel in. The same team then supports you by phone, WhatsApp and remote session.

Once your documents are complete, incorporation is done within 72 hours for a SARL, SARLU, SA, SAS, sole proprietorship (Établissement) or branch, including the RCCM and NIU tax number, with CNPS employer registration on request.
